Hi all, i have tried with several different versions of CPS2PSP, and romcnv.exe on all the CPS2 files. I have generated the cache files with 2 different versions of romcnv, the issue is everytime I try to load a game in the CPS2 emulator, it says something like 'caches files are Version v22, v23 is needed, regenerate cache files again'. It's driving me crazy! Could someone PLEASE share a romcnv.exe which can generate the V23 cache files?
As I promised here is my final created DAT files for PSP-NJEMU CPS-2 v2.3.5 unofficial build. For all those that want to collect from their own rom archives the needed roms for the Emulator. It is 3 DAT files: - one for files thats are in cache folder and are not zipped, - one for files thats are also in cache folder and are zipped. I tried using the same cache system as my NEOGEO emulator, and was able to move in-game. But, according to my expectations that's not good enough. Because the emulator is slowly reading the cache file, the game play very slow. The reason is that smooth animation when using sprite cache is not effective. The CPS2 emulation is a small advancement.

CPS2 is another emulator that can be kind of tricky to get working but it very easy to use, once you make the cache files. I already put a few of them together that you can play now and it will also have the tools you need to make the cache files.
