In Morrowind, beast races like the khajiit and argonians cannot wear boots because they do not fit their legs. This mod adds special footwear to the game called leggings, designed specifically for beast races. If you play a character of any beast race who wears armor then consider checking this out.
In this version every type of boots from Morrowind, Tribunal, and Bloodmoon are included as leggings.

@Tanner: This sounds like what would happen if the mod's resource files were not at the correct location. All .tga files in the archive should go to the MorrowindData FilesIcons directory, and all .nif files should go to MorrowindData FilesMeshes. I hope this helps.

I apologize, but when I go into the first area of the store where the elevator is, there is nothing but darkness (when I find my way to the elevator button, in the area where the Khajiit is, everything is fine). What did I do wrong? Did I not put a certain file in the right place? Am I missing something? Please help! And when I get my leggings, the picture of the boots are replaced with a smiley-face with a red cross going diagonally through it!

I think there is a smaller demand on open-face helmets considering the vanilla game had a good number of them and a lot of mods do too. Still, more stuff never hurts.
