Our logiq P6 takes a long time to queue images and send to pacs. It is the only US machine we have that takes so long. It seesm to save to HD first then send. Can we change this to send then save??

I have a Ge Logiq P6 system that does not post or allow access to BIOS.

When the power button is pressed the HDD led goes on then off, you can hear the fans start spinning but no further activity can be observed on the HDD led. No Bios or any related options appear just a completely black screen. The monitor has power but a completely black screen (even tried with external monitor). The power supply leds DP5, LP5, AP6 and DP33 are ON (green) and leds SHV, HVL and HVH are OFF. The CMOS battery reads 3.1V.

What could cause this issue?

Does anyone have the reload procedure for the Logiq P6 Elite? Developing nation recipient of used equipment replaced the CPU battery. The P6 prompts with 'enter license' message. We don't have the license number. Is this a software license number or a system ID number? Thanks in advance
